Brief:
This project involved 3 areas of operation:
- Conversion of staff locker/changing rooms to create a new staff training room
- Separation and conversion of board room into two separate departmental offices
- Creation of executive board room from existing staff offices
Each area had to be completed within a live, trading car showroom and as such noise and dust suppression was of great importance. The client required the finishes to be of the highest standard to reflect the rest of the property. Packages of work included decoration, joinery, partitioning, flooring, ceiling alteration and minor M&E alterations.
