Brief:
Cold Developments were appointed to undertake the refurbishment of a ‘tired’ retail unit within a busy town centre shopping centre to create a new car showroom for one of the fastest growing electric car brands in the world, BYD. Cold were tasked with turning the project around within a very short timeframe to enable the client to occupy the premises prior to Christmas 2024.
