Brief: Cold Developments were appointed to deliver the extension and full fit-out of a new Pret A Manger unit at the Morrisons PFS in Leamington Spa on behalf of Motor Fuel Group.
Works included carrying out the groundworks and civils for the extension, undertaking internal alterations to the existing PFS building, and completing a full Pret A Manger fit-out in line with the client’s brand standards. The fit-out comprised new finishes, joinery installations, and the coordination and management of client direct suppliers and equipment.
The project was completed in just over 8 weeks within a live operational environment, requiring careful phasing and close collaboration with the client team to minimise disruption to site operations. Despite the fast-track programme, all works were delivered to a high-quality finish, on time, and in line with client expectations.
