Brief: Cold Developments were appointed to repurpose an unused Back of House space to a new Subway food concession at MFG Kilmington. Cold Developments undertook all Principal contractor duties, along with minor structural alterations to the internal walls and roof structure and carried out the full fit out to MFG and Subway design specifications.
