Brief: Cold Developments were appointed as principle contractor to strip out an existing High Street retail unit and fit out the unit for Korean beauty brand, PureSeoul. The project involved new floors, walls, decoration, signage and a large portion of bespoke joinery manufacture and installation. The property had delivery and working constraints associated with town centre environs and as such the programme of works and deliveries needed to be meticulously planned and monitored.
