Location: Bull Ring Shipping Centre, Birmingham
Brief: The preparation and fit out of a large retail unit within one of the UK’s top retail shopping centres for a burgeoning Korean beauty brand. Working to bring the clients vision to life in this busy shopping centre environment required creating a strong working relationship with centre management, client advisors and subcontractors to ensure the finished product was delivered to a high specification whilst adhering to centre rules and with respect to other centre users. The works involved installing a new resin floor, erecting ‘wavey’ walling panels, new M&E systems throughout, decoration and a significant package of bespoke joinery to both manufacture and install. The opening day saw over 1,500 customers queueing to experience this fantastic new retail unit.
