Cold Developments are a Principle Contractor focussed on delivering high quality projects to our valued client base.  The vast majority of our work is through repeat business from clients who trust that Cold will go the extra mile to deliver for them time and time again.  We bring a solutions-led, proactive approach to all situations and our experienced and dedicated team work closely with our supply chain to ensure the clients objectives and targets are aligned and delivered upon. 

Based in the midlands our team deliver projects throughout the UK across multiple sectors such as retail, civic, office, residential as well as food and beverage.  We work with many national clients, leading brands and regional occupiers delivering new units, refurbishments and estate management improvements.  Projects range in size from small concessionaire replacement to full new store delivery from demolition to extension through to turnkey completion and everything in between.
