The works included a full strip out of redundant fixtures and fittings, installation of new flooring, suspended ceilings, bespoke joinery, food to go displays, Starbucks and book section feature joinery, sales floor signage, decoration works, and coordination of new refrigeration, self service checkouts and specialist food and beverage equipment installations.
The completed store now provides a modern and refreshed customer experience, incorporating an enhanced food to go offering, self service checkout area, improved merchandising layouts and updated finishes throughout.
The project was overseen by Rob North, Senior Project Manager, who coordinated the delivery team, subcontractors, and client direct suppliers to ensure the refurbishment was completed safely, efficiently and in line with Welcome Break’s operational requirements.
